We have the Pfizer vaccine, which is approved for residents 12 and older.

Please bring in your ID and Health/Medicare Insurance Card on the day of your scheduled appointment.

If under 18, please bring the following for your appointment your Identification card (ID, Passport, Birth Certificate, or School ID) and Insurance Card.

Eligibility Requirements:

• The Pfizer vaccine is available for all residents aged 12 and older
